We invite you to participate in the GCAGS scientific and trade exhibition this November in San Antonio! Our robust and diverse tradeshow is – along with technical program presentations, attendee participation, and sponsor support – one of the pillars on which the Gulf Coast geoscience community relies for the vital exchange of the latest scientific information, trend forecasting predictions, and leading-edge technology transfer that takes place at each GCAGS convention. Please support the industry by reserving a booth today – and make a sound marketing decision in the process!

Download detailed exhibitor information HERE, then feel free to contact Bruce Lemmon, CEM, exhibits manager, for an up-to-the-minute floor plan showing what locations are still available. Decide where in the hall you’d like to be, then download and complete the application/contract specifying your booth choices. You may either mail in your application with a check, or to save time scan and email or fax (to 918-585-1004) for a provisional assignment. We’ll in turn confirm the receipt of your form and give you instructions on how to log into your “exhibitor ready room” and pay on line using a credit card.

Each 100-ft2 space (10×10 is the minimum size) rents for $1250 and includes the following:

  • 1 skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket plus carpet, pipe & drape in show colors

  • 24-hr. perimeter security

  • Session coffee breaks, poster presentations, Icebreaker and Presidents’ receptions in the exhibit hall

  • Your company description listed online and in the printed program book

  • 2 complimentary FULL registrations for every 100-ft2 rented (valid for all social events taking place in the hall; additional “booth worker” badges are available at nominal cost)

  • All convention activities on one level and within close proximity to one another

Please note that this year we depart from our traditional Sunday-Tuesday pattern in favor of Wednesday-Friday. This means potential savings on overtime material handling and other labor, as well as the possibility of not having to travel on a weekend (the show will close at 1:00 pm on Friday).
