Fax your registration form, including credit card information, to 1–410–480–1892.
Note: All registration, social-event, optional-tour, short-course and field-trip fees must be paid IN FULL at the time of the registration. All fax registrations not including credit-card information or mail-in registrations received without credit-card information or a signed check from a U.S. bank will be returned. If completing a hard-copy form, use one form per professional or student registrant. If registering a spouse or guest, be certain to provide the individual’s name for the badge. Professionals may not register as spouses or guests. All speakers and poster presenters must be registered. Professional/Student registration is required to participate in short courses and field trips. Changes to your registration such as adding a spouse or guest, events, short courses or field trips, and changing contact information may be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes to your registration involving a refund (deleting events, short courses or field trips or cancelling outright) must be made in writing to email@example.com. Cancellations and refund requests for your GCAGS 2017 registration MUST be received in writing on or before October 18, 2017. A fee of $50 will be retained for all cancellations and refund requests.
Registration fees are as follow (all prices in USD):

|Student Volunteer (ID Required On-Site, registering in this category will not guarantee you a position. If you are granted a one half-day volunteer position your registration fee will be reimbursed.**||$45.00|
|Exhibit Hall Pass||$90.00|
|Icebreaker Only, Wed, Nov 1||$75.00|
* Professional fee includes the Opening Session, Icebreaker, Exhibition, all technical sessions, all coffee breaks, Presidents’ Reception in the Exhibit Hall, and digital copy of the 2017 Transactions.
** Student fee includes the Opening Session, Icebreaker, Exhibition, all technical sessions, reduced fees for short courses and select field trips, all coffee breaks, Presidents’ Reception in the Exhibit Hall, and digital copy of the 2017 GCAGS Transactions.
*** Spouse/Guest fee includes the Opening Session, Icebreaker, Exhibition, all coffee breaks, Presidents’ Reception in the Exhibit Hall, and access to the Hospitality Suite Wednesday, November 1, Thursday, November 2, and Friday, November 3.
